  • Space: 2m X 2m floorspace for a half body shot is recommended. Full body shots will require approx 3m X 3m or more

8. Backdrops

  • Our packages typically do not include building of backdrops as they are provided by our clients. 

  • However if you have a small scale event, and need support, we can provide these simple generic options upon request: Click here 

  • Please note that the backdrops we have are of a standard 8X 8ft size and might not be suitable for all photobooth options provided by Pop Illusion.

  • How much time is needed for set up
    1 hour before booking time
  • How much space is needed?
    2m X 2m floorspace for a half body shot is recommended. Full body shots will require approx 3m X 3m or more.
  • What is the printout material?
    The standard material is glossy photo paper. There are also options for glossy sticker photo paper upon request (additional fees apply)
  • How long does it take for each print?
    8s for each 4R, and 8s for two strips.
  • Does the printout come with a sleeve?
    Yes, the printout will come in a clear fitted plastic sleeve as part of the package.
  • How do I receive the softcopy? What file format is it in?
    The softcopy can be emailed from our Photo Booth interface. It will be a .jpg file.
  • When the softcopy is sent via email, can I customise the text?
    Yes, a custom email subject and message can be programmed into the Photo Booth system.
  • What size of backdrop do you recommend?
    A standard 8ft X 8ft backdrop would be suitable.
  • Do you provide props and backdrops as part of your package?
    Backdrops and props are provided upon request at no additional fee. Here is our selection of backdrops on stock: Click Here. Props available include hats, glasses, generic kapline cutouts. For custom backdrop & props, please kindly contact us.
  • What is the booking process?
    Please reach us on the contact page. After understanding your needs, an official quote would be provided for your confirmation of your job.
  • Will I be able to collect customer data when they use the service?
    Yes, we are able to collect & pass over customer data to you by displaying your company’s PDPA message as a checkbox in our interface. Customer data fields can be customised.
  • Will I be able to receive all the photos and videos taken after the event?
    Yes, all photos or videos will be compiled and sent over to you after the event.
  • What does Pop Illusion do with the photos after the event?
    All photos are kept in storage for 1 to 2 years. After which, they will be deleted. They can also be deleted earlier upon request.
  • How many Pop Illusion customer service staff will be allocated to each Photo Booth? What do they wear?
    There are at least 2 customer service staff allocated per event. They will dress in full black, smart casual.
